1. What is your refund policy?

All our products are sold as "try-before-you-buy" software, which means that we offer you the opportunity to take a try of our products for free before you finally decide to buy it or not. You could get the trial version and test it again and again before the deal is done. Thus, Quick Software Co., Ltd. doesn’t refund if you’re not satisfied with our products. On base of this, we hope you to be one of our thousands of satisfied users, but we urge you to test it out for a final purchasing decision.

2. How to evaluate your software before purchasing?

As mentioned above, you could get free trial versions of all our software apps before you place the order. You could download the trial version on our website to use it for free. And if you get any question, you could contact us anytime.

Most trial versions have no functional differences from the paid versions. In the trial versions, there are some use limitations, which could be removed after registration. You're able to check the limitations of the trial version in the tutorials and FAQ of each product.

After you place an order successfully, we will send you the registration code to remove all limitations of the trial version.

3. What is 1 year update license?

Quick Software offers two license types upon every single product for you to choose from: 1 Year Update license and Lifetime License. If you choose 1 Year Update license, you can use this program for one year. After one year of use, the registration would become invalid. You have to renew the registration if you still want to enjoy the functions.

4. What is the difference between lifetime subscription and 1 year?

Lifetime users are those people who have purchased lifetime use of products and the licenses of the purchased products are valid lifetime. Quick Software guarantees these lifetime users with lifetime updates and technical supports upon their lifetime-license products.

1-Year users are those who purchase 1 year update license of Quick’s products. 1-Year License users could only enjoy the full functions of purchased products for one year. When the license expires, they need to renew the purchased products if they still want to enjoy the full functions. If they don't renew, the expired products could still be used but gets no free update and tech support from Quick Software (Blu-ray product series couldn’t be used any more).

5. How do I get fast response of technical support?

2 ways are highly recommended: First, please check the version info of the program to make sure you are using the latest version. If you’re not using the latest version, update it to see whether the problems get solved or not. If the problem doesn’t get solved after update, please check our FAQ Center on this site for better understanding of your problem.

If you don’t get a proper answer or solution on our FAQ center, please contact us via email at support#quickwares.com (replace # with @) with details of the problem. Please give us as much detailed information as you can. Every program from Quick Software gets a Bug Report button, by clicking which you could send your question or problem to us as well. Our support team will check and find a solution for you as soon as we get the problem info or report.

6. Can I correct my E-mail and receive license code after I process my order sucessfully?

Yes, just send us the order number and the new email address. Then we will update your email address and send the registration information to your new email soon.
